1) Definitions

b) “Owner” – Norikopet.com. All copyright and related rights belong to the individual entrepreneur Mariam Kokaia (ID No: 01024066777);

c) “User” – individuals (both natural and legal persons) who visit the website, also referred to as “you”;

d) “Website visit” – accessing Norikopet.com, browsing products, registering, purchasing products, or any other lawful use of the website;

e) “Privacy Policy” – the set of privacy rules available on this website, which is mandatory to read;

f) “Hate speech” – aggressive, mocking, or offensive expressions aimed at violating the rights of other persons;

g) “Agreement” – this document.

2) By visiting the website, you confirm that:

2.1 You are an adult (18+), legally capable of managing your finances to purchase products on the website.

2.3 You have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and agree to purchase selected products.

2.4 You will comply with the terms of this agreement.

2.5 You will not use hate speech.

2.6 You will not infringe our intellectual property rights or copy or distribute website content.

2.7 You will provide complete, accurate, and correct information during registration and ordering.

2.8 You will not register using another person’s data.

2.9 You will maintain the security of your personal account.

2.10 You will not engage in illegal activities.

2.11 You will not endanger the functionality or security of the website.

2.12 You will not use the website for spam distribution.

2.13 In case of violation, you bear full responsibility for any resulting damage.

Our Responsibility:

We are liable only for damages caused by our proven fault in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

Terms of Product Purchase:

4.1 Registration on the website may be required to purchase products.

4.2 Product selection is made by the user.

4.3 After selecting and paying for a product, we assume the obligation to deliver it.

4.4 In case of a damaged or incorrect product, the user has the right to refuse acceptance and request replacement.

4.5 Within 14 days of receiving the product, the user has the right to return it if it has a manufacturing defect or other objective defect not caused by the user.

4.6 After this period, the product is considered accepted as defect-free.

4.7 We are not responsible for damage caused by user misuse.

4.8 If replacement or repair is not possible, the user has the right to request a refund or replacement.

4.9 Order cancellation is possible at any time before delivery.

4.10 Refunds are processed within 24 hours of order cancellation.

4.11 Delivery times:

• In Tbilisi: within 2 business days (if in stock)
• 7–20 business days (if out of stock)

4.12 The courier may contact you prior to delivery.

4.13 Delay in delivery is considered our responsibility only if delivery is carried out entirely through our courier system.

5) Delivery Costs:

5.3 Delivery within Tbilisi is free of charge.

5.4 In case of cancellation, the free delivery benefit does not apply.

5.4 These conditions apply to our courier service.

6) Payment Terms:

6.1 Payment can be made in cash or cashless form.

6.2 Cashless payment is made at the time of order placement.

7) Website Usage Restrictions:

7.1 Website information may be changed without prior notice.

7.2 Unauthorized or illegal use of the website or unauthorized access to systems is prohibited.

Delivery Area:

We deliver only within Tbilisi. Delivery times are defined under clause 4.11.

Communication:

9.1 Communication is possible via email or telephone.

9.2 We may record communications to improve service quality, only with prior notification to the user.

Complaints:

10.1 The user has the right to submit a complaint regarding any issue.

11.1 Complaints may be submitted verbally or in writing.

11.2 Complaints may be general or specific in nature.

Website Malfunction:

In case of technical issues, the user must contact us in advance; otherwise, the company is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Force Majeure:

13.1 Parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure.

13.2 Notification must be made immediately.

13.3 If force majeure lasts more than 30 days, the agreement may be terminated.

13.4 Failure to notify is considered a breach of contract.

Dispute Resolution:

14.1 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.

14.2 If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the Tbilisi City Court.
