Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within the territory of Tbilisi.
Delivery Fees and Timeframes
Delivery within Tbilisi is free of charge.
The delivery timeframe depends on product availability:
- If the product is in stock, delivery will be completed within 2 (two) business days (Sunday is a non-working day);
- If the product is out of stock and requires replenishment, delivery will be completed within 7–20 business days.
Order Processing Time
To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed no later than 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Information Required for Delivery
To ensure successful delivery, the customer must provide complete and accurate information, including:
- Delivery address;
- Contact telephone number.
If the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, delivery will be delayed until the information has been corrected.
Delivery Process
The courier delivers orders to the specified address during the following business hours:
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
The courier is not obligated to contact the customer in advance. Therefore, customers must provide an accurate delivery address where the order can be delivered without prior coordination.
Receiving the Order
When receiving the order, the customer may be required to provide:
- A valid identification document;
- The order number.

In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and delivery will be postponed until the delivery information has been corrected.
Additional Terms
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, the order will remain at the warehouse and will not be dispatched until the delivery details have been clarified.
